Hello everyone! Today on the blog, I will be sharing with you my February favorites. These are the things I’ve been loving throughout the month of February and will probably continue using them in the future. I have some beauty and fashion items that I’ve been using and wearing lately and it is definitely worth the money. Let’s start with the beauty favorites first.

Skincare: I have tried all different types of cleansers, from high-end to drugstore brands and I must say the Biore Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser is amazing! I love the fresh and tingly after-feeling this cleanser gives and my skin feels so clean after washing with it. If I am wearing a lot of makeup, I’d use the cleanser with the Olay Professional Pro-X Advanced Cleaning System for a really deep cleaning and it leaves my skin feeling smooth too.

Like every winter season (though this is just my second winter), my skin has been thirsty for moisture. It is so dry that it could be painful at times. My problem areas are usually around the nose, chin and forehead. It is flaky, scaly and as dry as the Sahara. If you have read My Winter Skincare, you probably already know these products that I am mentioning and the first is the Laneige Waterbank Serum. This serum is amazing. I love that it is light on the skin and feels really nourishing. Plus, it smells good. I would apply this after cleansing followed by the Innisfree Olive Real Essential Rich Oil. I prefer using facial oils over creams as my moisturizer lately because it is rich despite the thin consistency. I only use 3 small drops and spread it all over my face and down to my neck.

Makeup: I have a few makeup items that I’ve been obsessing over this month. My favorite one has been the CG Ready Set Gorgeous Foundation. This foundation has a nice semi-matte finished, and the coverage is buildable. It is suitable for gals with oily to normal skin. I have dry skin and this foundation actually do not cling onto my dry patches. But of course, I have to really prep my skin well before I apply any kind of foundations.

Next up, is the Lorac Pro Eyeshadow Palette. I love this palette because you can create a natural everyday look or a smokey eye for a night out just by using this palette. It has nice neutral shades and darker shades and the colors are really pigmented. To add more drama to the eyes, I’ve been loving the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara. This mascara voluminized and thickens your lashes beautifully without much clumps.

Hair: I discovered a new dry shampoo that I have been loving and it is the Salon Grafix Dry Spray Shampoo. I like that this dry shampoo does not leave white residue on your hair and does not feel like my roots are gummed up even after reapplying it on my third day hair and it gives enormous volume to the hair too.

The last few favorites are two fashion items that I’ve been wearing on a daily basis. It is this riding boots from JustFab.com and a plaid blanket scarf that I got from Forever21. The boots are so comfortable that I feel like I could live in it. It is just so versatile and goes with almost all my outfits.

Lastly, this blanket scarf is so cozy and warm. It is not too thick that I feel like I’m choking and I like that it is a neutral tone so it matches any outfits.

I hope your day is going well so far and thanks for reading! XOXO
