July Favorites

Hi everyone!

It’s time for yet another monthly favorites guys! I’m eager to post my monthly favorites this month because, I’m leaving town next week so I’m doing as much blogging as I can till next Tuesday. This month, I’ve tried some new makeup, skincare products, and repurchased some old favorites too, which is always exciting! If you want to know more about my thoughts on these products, just keep on reading! =)

Neutrogena Makeup Remover Wipes

This is one of my favorites makeup wipes of all time. The other one I love is from Ponds and have been using the Ponds one for awhile until I ran out of it and decided to repurchase this bad boy. Both work really well, and it removes all of your makeup. I must say that the Neutrogena wipes are a lot more gentle on my dry skin as compared to the other one, but the Ponds brand smells so much nicer!

Hada Labo Hydrating Facial Cleanser

Before I tried this cleanser, I was using Biore’s Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser and the Biore’s Baking Soda Liquid Pore Cleanser. Both are really good cleanser but, they are not good if you have really dry skin like me. These cleansers are formulated for people who have oily/combination skin. I don’t know why I kept using these cleansers when I know it dries out my skin completely. I saw this on Ulta when I was looking for a new cleanser. I knew I wanted something that is really foamy and hydrating. So when I came across this, I was really excited because it’s just what I wanted; foamy and hydrating! This is a really mild cleanser, which I like and the scent is not too overpowering so that’s a double bonus. Here are some good cleansers to try out if you have dry skin:

  1. Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
  2. CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser
  3. First Aid Beauty Face Cleanser
  4. Philosophy Purity
  5. Laneige Multi Cleanser

Mario Badescu Facial Spray

I love this facial spray!! Not just because it smells like roses, but it keeps my skin fresh and hydrated during the long summer days! I will spritz this throughout the day if I need a quick pick me up. You could use this to set your makeup too!

BareMinerals Well-Rested Eye Brightner

I’ve been using the Coty Airpsun translucent powder to set my under eye concealer for months now, and I wanted to try something new. I decided to try this from BareMinerals, because it can be used to set under eye concealers and it is an eye brightner. I really love this stuff! The powder is so finely milled that it sets your concealer nicely and no risk of creasing. Speaking of concealers….

Nyx HD Concealer in Beige

You guys know that I love my Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in Sand, but I was out of that stuff and had this one on hand, so I tried to give it a shot. I should have try this concealer as soon as I got it, because it is so good! I love the coverage it gives, and it blends easily. The only thing I don’t really like is that, it dries fast so you have to do one under eye at a time. Sometimes I add a couple drops of facial oil on my beauty sponge, to help with the blending process.

BareMinerals Marvelous Moxie Lip Gloss in Hot Shot

It’s not makeup shopping if you don’t leave the store with some lippies right? Haha! I’ve been really enjoying BareMinerals products lately if you haven’t notice. This is a really pretty gloss. If you’re not a fan of sticky lip gloss, this is not for you. I sort of like sticky lip glosses because I think they last longer. It has a minty smell to it, and I love that it has a speck of iridescent when you apply it on.

Davidoff Women Cool Water

Do you have a summer go to fragrance? I sure do, and for the past two summers I’ve been wearing this scent non stop! I love the fresh, sporty scent and this scent will linger on your clothing for a really long time! Love!!

That’s it guys for my favorites this month. Not a lot of products but, some are quickly becoming my must have beauty products in my book. I hope you enjoy this post, and as always thanks for reading loves!XOXO ❤
