My Maternity Photoshoot

I’ve always wanted to have professional photos taken, and what better way to get it done when I’m pregnant! Maternity photos to me are so precious and beautiful. I spent weeks on Pinterest looking for inspirations and ideas on what type of shoot I wanted and finally decided to go the “boho” route.

My initial plan was to wear a white lace dress for the shoot, but after weeks of searching and procrastinating, I wasn’t feeling the white dress anymore and decided to go for a regular off shoulder maxi the last minute, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Of course, a boho maternity shoot is not complete without a flower crown, right?

I am so, so happy with how these photos turned out. I’ve partnered up with a local photographer here in Northern Virginia. She’s so fun to work with, and her work is phenomenal. From the editing, to the location we decided to shoot this at, it makes the entire photos look so magical and perfect.

I should stop rambling and let all the photos do the talking!
